NEW CLASS - CROSSFIT EXPRESS (ALL LEVELS)
- THURSDAYS (EVERY 30 MIN.) FROM 4PM - 7PM
NEW CLASS - CROSSFIT W.O.D (LEVEL 1)
- MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY AT 7PM
PLEASE FOLLOW THE LINK BELOW TO REVIEW OUR NEW CLASS DESCRIPTIONS. YOU WILL SEE WE HAVE SEPARATED OUR CLASSES INTO LEVELS, WHICH MEANS EACH LEVEL WILL HAVE IT'S OWN DESIGNED PROGRAMMING. WODS FOR ALL LEVELS WILL BE POSTED ONLINE DAILY.
