PLEASE COMPLETE AND SUBMIT OUR ONLINE FORM FIRST. WE NEED A LITTLE BACKGROUND ON YOUR FITNESS AND NUTRITION HISTORY, YOUR GOALS, AND ANY LIMITATIONS OR INJURIES YOU MIGHT HAVE.

2. 3 FOR FREE
IF YOU ARE A RESIDENT OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, AND HAVE NEVER BEFORE TRIED CROSSFIT, WE INVITE YOU TO EVALUATE OUR PROGRAM WITH 3 FREE INTRODUCTORY SESSIONS.
SCHEDULE:
EVERY MONDAY, TUESDAY, & WEDNESDAY at 8AM & 7PM.
Our "3 FOR FREE" program is comprised of 3 Introductory Classes IN A ROW.
Free classes run on a fixed schedule and will not be extended or available for "make up" if you are not able to attend all 3 classes.
