HOUSE RULES

In order to ensure everyone has an awesome experience every class, we ask that you respect your team and adhere to the following HOUSE RULES:

SIGN IN FOR CLASS

  • FIRST COME FIRST SERVE - ALWAYS MAKE A RESERVATION
  • ONLINE SCHEDULE IS ALWAYS OPEN
  • PHONE CALLS, TEXTS, OR EMAILS NOT ACCEPTED FOR CONFIRMED SIGN IN
  • IF YOU DON'T SIGN IN ONLINE, YOU RUN THE RISK OF NOT BEING ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE, OR BEING GIVEN AN ALTERNATE WORKOUT
  • IF THE CLASS IS FULL ONLINE, IT WOULD BE BEST FOR YOU TO SELECT ANOTHER CLASS. WHILE WE CAN SOMETIMES ACCOMMODATE UP TO 20 PEOPLE, WE TRY TO LIMIT CLASS SIZE TO 15. 
  • IF YOU DO NOT SIGN IN FOR CLASS YOU WILL BE WARNED. IF YOU CONTINUE TO NOT SIGN IN, YOU WILL BE CHARGED $25.

IF YOU ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT:

  • CLICK THE "ONLINE SCHEDULE" ICON AND ENTER YOUR USER NAME AND PASSWORD


IF YOU ARE A FIRST TIME USER:

  • CLICK THE "ONLINE SCHEDULE" ICON 
  • CLICK THE "FIRST TIME?" LINK (TOP RIGHT)
  • ENTER YOUR FIRST AND LAST NAME
  • FOLLOW DIRECTIONS TO CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT PROFILE, USER NAME, AND PASSWORD FOR FUTURE SIGN IN. 
CANCELLATION POLICY

 

  • YOU HAVE ONE HOUR BEFORE CLASS TO NOTIFY US OF YOUR CANCELLATION
  • THERE IS A $25 PENALTY FOR HABITUAL NO-SHOWS
BE ON TIME

In order for us to get you in and out of here in under an hour, we need to start ON TIME. Be here dressed and ready to sweat EXACTLY ON TIME.
  • If you are late, and you miss the warmup, YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CLASS.
  • If you are late, and but you make the warmup, you will be charged 5 BURPEES for EVERY MINUTE you are late. The ENTIRE CLASS will have to execute the same number of punishment burpees. 
  • DON'T BE LATE.
DRESS CODE
  • Proper gym attire includes running / lifting shoes at all times (no flip flops or bare feet)
  • Keep your personal belongings up front in a cubby during class (water and towel on floor ok)
  • NO IPODS, MP3 PLAYERS, WALKMANS, etc may be used during class

    CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF

1. If you use chalk - keep it in the bucket, clap off excess, and clean up any residue you leave behind. This means SANTIZING the area thoroughly before you leave.

2. If you sweat on equipment or bleed on the bar (or anything else for that matter) - clean it up. We have bottles of sanitzer available for you everywhere.

3. If you need extra tape on the bars - remove it when you are done. You must have authorization to leave tape on the bars. We need to remove and replace it all the time for sanitary reasons. When you leave your tape - you leave a mess and more work for us to clean up.

PEAK HOURS


THE 6PM CLASS MON-THURS - RESTRICTED ATTENDANCE

 

  • This is our most ADVANCED CLASS. You must have A MINIMUM of 3 MONTHS of CrossFit under your belt, AND have approval by your coach to attend this class. 
  • NO "3 FOR FREE" passes may be used during this class
  • NO Beginners may attend this class - unless approved by SARAH
THE 7PM CLASS MON-THURS - MOSTLY BEGINNERS
  • This class is our most BEGINNER CLASS. 
  • If you are an ADVANCED member attending this class, you must be prepared for a modified / scaled large-group version of and WOD in this slot - and you must participate with the class as directed.
