Trying to decide which class you should come to? Your Coaches are always available to make best recommendations of where we think you would best fit, but here is a list of our different class types so that you can plan your schedule around WODS which will best meet your needs and ability!
CrossFit W.O.D - LEVEL 1
LEVEL 1 classes are intended for our more BEGINNER athletes. Recommended for new members or less experienced athletes who need to establish their core repertoire of CrossFit's Basic Foundational Movements. The LEVEL 1 program is designed for larger groups, with an emphasis on cardiovascular and body control movements, some skill work with kettlebells, medicine balls, box jumps, and tire pulls - but minimal exposure to strength work with Barbell and Olympic Lifts.
CrossFit W.O.D - WOMEN'S ONLY - LEVEL 1
WOMEN'S ONLY LEVEL 1 classes are intended for our more BEGINNER FEMALE ATHLETES. Recommended for new members or less experienced athletes who need to establish their core repertoire of CrossFit's Basic Foundational Movements. The LEVEL 1 program is designed for larger groups, with an emphasis on cardiovascular and body control movements, some skill work with kettlebells, medicine balls, box jumps, and tire pulls - but minimal exposure to strength work with Barbell and Olympic Lifts. Zero intimidation - loads of fun!
CrossFit W.O.D - ALL LEVELS
This class is our basic "Workout of the Day". We start with a group dynamic range of motion stretch, spend time on some technique and development of the basic foundational movements and lifts, explain/demo/organize for the daily "WOD" - and then it's 3-2-1-GO! Compete as hard and as fast as you can for time to complete the assigned workout. All WOD's can be scaled / modified to suit ALL FITNESS LEVELS. Cool down stretch is self-lead and highly recommended.
CrossFit W.O.D - LEVEL 2
LEVEL 2 classes are intended for our more ADVANCED athletes. You must have at least 3 months of CrossFit under your belt, or be able to demonstrate proficiency in all of the BASIC FOUNDATIONAL MOVEMENTS. There is limited demonstration in this class, and often times more advanced modifications are made to the daily WOD. Coach approval is required for attendance.
CFDRB - POSE RUNNING
NEW* These classes are designed for runners of all levels to focus solely on the Technique & Development of the "POSE Running Method". Class time is divided into approx. 20 min. of warmup, technique, development, and drills and approx. 40 Min. of a "Daily Running WOD". Advance SIGN IN is mandatory. 10 PPL MAX.
CFDRB - TECHNIQUE, DEVELOPMENT & MOBILITY
NEW* These classes will be offered in an "Open Gym" format. No WODS are to be executed during this time. Coaches will be available to help you perfect mechanics in your Olympic Lifts, Gymnastics Techniques, and Mobility & Recovery exercises. If you needed extra time during a Strength series during the week, or you have been wanting to work on your muscle ups - this would be the perfect time to do it!
CrossFit EXPRESS
CrossFit EXPRESS is designed to get you in and out in a hurry! These classes are intended for members with at least an intermediate level of proficiency in all of the BASIC FOUNDATIONAL MOVEMENTS AND LIFTS which occur in our regular daily WODS. THERE IS NO GROUP WARMUP, TECHNIQUE/DEVELOPMENT, OR INSTRUCTION IN THESE CLASSES. Coaches will only be available to organize heats and coach during the WOD. MEMBERS WHO DO NOT KNOW THE PROGRAMMED MOVEMENTS SHOULD NOT COME TO THESE CLASSES. Members are asked to engage in a self-lead warmup, and then sign in to heats to perform the Daily WOD (Limit 10 per heat). Classes will run EVERY 30 MINUTES and all WODS will have a 20 MINUTE TIME LIMIT. Self-Cool Down Stretch is strongly recommended. (Currently Not Available)
