Sean LeFloch, CF L1
Sean has been coaching sports for over 13 years, and has specialized in Crossfit for the last 7 years. He has coached athletes at the Crossfit Games, Master's Pan American Championships, USAW Nationals, USAW American Open, and is the Head Boy's Lacrosse Coach at Atlantic High School. Sean played NCAA Division 1 Lacrosse at Stony Brook University, was a champion triathlete, and was a two-time Crossfit Games Regionals competitor. Sean specializes in program design, movement correction, and olympic lifting technique.
Fun Fact: Sean once walked from Jacksonville to Miami in 17 days!

Mayra Brandt, CF L1
Mayra started Crossfit 5 years ago after having her second of two children. She came in looking for a lifelong fitness plan and, overtime, found the competitive side of fitness. Mayra is one of the top ranked Crossfit athletes in the world age 35-39 and won the Wodapalalooza Fitness Festival (2016). She also competed in the Crossfit Regionals in 2016. Mayra has coached cheer for over a decade and is a professor when it comes to teaching gymnastics! Want your first muscle up? Mayra's your coach!

Alexander Kittl, Cf L1
Alexander joins our team with years of Crossfit experience. He has a passion for human performance both physically and mentally. For years, Alexander has been bringing his own unique style to warm-up, WODs, and skill work. Alexander is also a competitive Crossfitter and is a monster on the rower!
Fun Fact: Alexander has Austrian roots!
MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY:
Membership may be canceled at any time for any reason by the member/client/buyer while auto-renew is in effect, however the membership cancellation form MUST be completed from our website 30 days prior to billing date. Email, Telephone, Text, or Verbal delivery are not acceptable and will not be enforced. All memberships require a 30 days notice to cancel. If your cancellation is within the 30 days of next renewal you will be subject to one final renewal before termination or you may pay the early termination fee of $30. No refunds!
MEMBERSHIP HOLD POLICY:
All requests for membership HOLDS must be in writing via email. We will not put memberships on hold shorter than 2 weeks or longer than 3 months and you must give an ending date for the hold. At that time, your membership and billing will automatically re-activate . If you fail to notify us of any change to your end hold date, you will NOT receive a refund or credit. There are no retroactive holds: you must let us know in advance if you would like to put your membership on hold.
MEMBER CREDIT CARD ERRORS:
We understand that credit cards are often lost, stolen, or expire and sometimes a charge may be declined or have insufficient funds; however, if we receive a credit card error for any reason, you will be charged a $3 administration fee. It is your responsibility to notify us of any changes to your credit card information.
Sign in. When entering the gym, please sign in at the front kiosk. If you are unable to sign-in, please bring that to the attention of the coach on duty.
Be early. If you’re not early, you’re late. Give yourself enough time to sign in, change, and warm-up before class starts. If you are 5 minutes passed the start of the class, we ask that you come to the next class.
Clean up. Put away your toys. Put away all the equipment you used back where it belongs. If you don’t know where it goes, we are help to assist. Stack the boxes neatly, put the bars in the racks, stack the plates in order, hang up your jump ropes.
Respect our equipment. Keep your weight under control. NEVER drop an empty barbell. NEVER drop a kettlebell or dumbbell from overhead. The equipment is communal, treat it with respect like you own it.
Bring things to our attention. If you notice that equipment is broken, lights are out, there’s no toilet paper, bring it to our attention so we’d be happy to help!
