Here are three tips that will get you PR-ing your 1 Mile Run, Plank, and Max Push-ups

1. Get some rest! Now is not the time to go harder, it’s actually the time to take it easy. Your body has been working hard over the last 6 weeks and to maximize your performance you need to be at your best which means get some rest!

2. Stay up on your nutrition. You need to feed the fire, so make sure you are getting enough protein, fats, and carbs in your diet. Don’t under eat!

3. Work on your technique. In opposition to my previous tip, you should be honing in on your technique during this to ensure you are confident going into testing. The gains you will make working on this far outweigh the extra work you need to do.
