Better plank = better push-ups

Do your push-ups need work? We got you covered! The most overlooked area of the push-up is your core positioning. Is your ribcage down and butt tucked while doing push-ups? If it’s not, start by holding a perfect front plank:

  1. ribs tucked down, back, and in

  2. Reach through elbows

  3. Butt tucked

Now imagine holding the same position while you are doing your push-ups. If this is too challenging, regress the movement to your knees. The key here is, HOLD THat plank!
